Reconciliation Action Plan

At Springday, we are part of the APM Health Portfolio of businesses and dedicated to the global APM Group’s purpose of enabling better lives.

This includes fostering a culture of respect and understanding. As part of this commitment, we are proud to introduce our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

This plan is a crucial step in our journey towards reconciliation with First Nations peoples across Australia.

What is the Innovate RAP?

The Innovate RAP is a strategic framework designed to guide our businesses in supporting First Nations communities.

It ensures we are aligned with all other APM Health Portfolio businesses in our vision for reconciliation.

This plan helps us build strong, respectful relationships and create meaningful opportunities for First Nations peoples.

Our artwork

The artwork for our Innovate RAP, created by Stephen Hogarth, symbolises the unity and connection of different communities.

The river represents the flow of life, essential for growth and flourishing.

The circles depict the communities we live in, connected by lines that symbolize the roads linking them.

The emu tracks signify progress, as the emu cannot walk backwards, reminding us of our forward-moving journey towards reconciliation.

Join us on our journey

We invite you to learn more about our Innovate RAP and how we are working towards reconciliation.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of First Nations peoples and communities.

Springday acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of this Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to their Elders past and present. Learn more about our Reconciliation Action Plan.
